Feel that mild POIS?

Let's check out how many of POISers feel that mild POIS attack after a month of abstaining from ejaculations. Usually after saying 'No' to ejaculations I feel good for following month. After a month or so happens I feel mild pois attack for few days and then everything goes back to normal. I then again feel mild Pois attack after next one and a half month or so. Anyone of you feel the same?
