Eureka moment! I found a thing that greatly reduces my symptoms. It's a vitamin water, a bottle of 750 ml.
I drink one whole per day which has:
- 112,5% of the average daily values of Niacin, Thiamine, B6, B12 each
- 56,25% or circa 211 mg of Magnesium
- Lemongrass extract 150 mg per bottle
- It also has D-Limonene, also known as Citrus Terpenes
I don't really know which is the silver bullet. Could it be the extra high doses of B vitamins? I've taken B or Magnesium in caps before to no effect but pills usually have lower doses.
Has anyone tried these high doses?
Or have you tried Lemon grass or D-Limonene?
