I find sometimes music can really calm me down and in some cases, lighten my "spirit" or mood so to speak. One band that helps me is Jamiroquai. Nice soft vocals and a rhythmic bass line puts me in a mood of relaxation.

I also go to ww.Rainymood.com which is a rain simulation track... Love it. I don't know about you guys, but this is one of the ways I can get over some of the depression at least ... let me know what you guys listen to

Infected Mushroom is the band I listen to when I'm researching POIS and various drugs and such cuz it gets me pumped up(elevates my mood) and has no vocals to distract me from reading. I just make playlists on youtube so I don't have to bother with downloading or buying music.

I'm fond of classical music especially when I'm on POIS. I listen to Classical New England almost all the time when I'm in front of my desktop. http://www.wgbh.org/includes/playerPopStream.cfm?station=objAllClassical
