Hi rollercoaster,
Nobody should or could tell you what supplement or method to use.  You have to either see a physician to guide you in this process or to slowly and safely test different methods and see for yourself what results you get.
That being said, many of the supplements and drugs you list in your rather very large list are not clearly documented by members as being useful.  I suggest that you concentrate on those who have been proven useful for at least 2 to 3 months, for one or more than one member.  You will find those methods in the POIS Types chart and their relief methods, at https://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=2338.msg19448#msg19448.  Each method in this chart has successfully passed the test of time for the members who use it, so it is sure that they imply more than just a placebo effect.  But know that no single method works for every POIS sufferer... this is why, as it seems to me, there are possibly many types of POIS, not just one, identical syndrome for all.

If you decide to try any of the methods in the chart, for example, niacin, then, take the time to test it a few times, during a few weeks, as you see fits for you.  Take notes about your results, and do not test anything else during this time, so you do not get mixed up about what is helping or making you worse. Go slowly and safely, do not exceed the dosage in anything, and be patient in your testing.  It is better to take your time and see what really works for you.

You are 100% responsible for what you do with anything I post on this forum and of any consequence it could have for you.  Forum rule: ""Do not use POISCenter as a substitute for, or to give, medical advice" Read the remaining part at http://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=1.msg10259#msg10259
