I see. Do you think age could play a role? For example hormone ratios change and CD57+ cells are increasing as you get older.

Another reason why I don't test for this is that my POIS seems to be disappearing. I stopped taking my stack months ago, but I can still have several orgasms a week with almost no symptoms or impact on my quality of life.

Fantastic Nanna1,  After Animus I think you're are the second one to have got rid of POIS completely.  Hope the cure is for the long term and permanent.  Wish you all the very best and thanks a lot for your wonderful contributions continuing in this forum, even after you've been cured. :D

10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business

Thanks aswinpras06 and demografx! I still get an itchy feeling on the bottom left side of my jaw after orgasm. The feeling extends from my chin to my ear. There are no outward/visible signs of the itchy feelings. Other than that, I don't have any more symptoms.

I am 35 and there are many POISers who are older than me. I am currently the average age of POISers in the Alex Strashny 2019 study. So I do not think age plays a role in my case.

I did not measure the lymphocyte subsets before my improvements, but here is my current CD8+, CD56+, etc...:
Lymphocyte subset test (Outside of POIS) (test normal):
-T cells (CD3 normal, CD8 normal)
-B cells (CD19 normal)
-Natural Killer cells (NK cells) (CD16+CD56+)
I still need to retest my complete blood count (CBC) to see if I still have neutropenia and anemia.
POIS clusters: 1,3,4,5,7
POIS criteria: 1,2,3,4,5
2 stacks that give me complete relief of POIS symptoms are listed here: POIS cure: theory & supplement stack

nanna1, fantastic.

nanna1, for the benefit of newcomers, would you kindly post the best link to your anti-POIS protocol?

All the best!
