Can we indicate when the tests were taken. Before POIS day 1, 2, etc. Gives more perspective.

WITHOUT RESEARCH THERE WILL BE NO CURE!
Sessions 5 to 9 days, mostly Flu-like, joints, digestion problems, light cognitive.
Niacin has changed my lif though, now 1 day MAX.
Somewhere in this interaction with Niacin is the answer!

I think one should evaluate serious claims of persons posting to our forums. Herman has serious claims and they need to be evaluated.

So far I see many facts supporting his claims and I generally think he has good intentions, that's why I take his recommendations and ideas seriously, but I am unable to proof his claims to anyone yet, because I lack understanding in the
areas of gland functioning and mineral analysis.

I do not think that evaluating these claims contradicts in any way to NORD research. NORD research is very important. If Herman is incorrect - the research will be important. If Herman is totally correct and POIS is ultimatlely a mineral unbalance in all the POIS cases and the result of NORD research be the same, still research is very important, because it will establish a link, honourable by medical community, between POIS symptoms and mineral unbalance. This link then can be directly applicable in practice, e.g. you go to a doctor, tell him that you have the symptoms AND tell him, that according to NORD research your mineral balance need to be corrected and only after that your mind can be corrected if needed, NOT VICE VERSA!

Research is important in any case.

Hi LAPOISSE,

XN is abbreviation for Xanthinol Nicotinate. It's basically the form of Niacin, I like it more than pure Niacin, but its just the matter of "taste" I think :)
