I think the best option is desensitization. I don't think it's a good choice to chose an immuno-supressive med. But in complement, during the desensitization, we could try to suppress the inflammation. I'm 100% conviced of the impact of diet on cytokines activity. But maybe some meds are very effective. I didn't find iboprofene or aspirine very effective but maybe my timing wasn't good.
Dr Waldinger said Pois might be a combination of Type I and IV, so the reaction seems to be mediated by IgE and Lymphocytes-T (=T-Cells). In my case, I think I have the delayed version, because my symptoms start 3-6 hours later.
