I have a question for everybody - does your POIS symptoms and their length and intensity differ based on the way and the mechanisms involved in achieving the orgasm e.g. are there changes in symptoms depending on whether you do it alone or with another person and does the amount of mental and physical arousal and the amount of arousal warmth and physical arousal sensations and the length of time of stimulation before orgasming, do any of those parameters affect any of POIS symptoms either negatively or positively in their length and intensity and if so which ones and by how much and also if somebody has ever had hands free orgasms either without or with visual stimulation has that resulted in a different type, length and intensity of the POIS symptoms?

Basically this thread is for the physical mechanical effects on the POIS symptoms

my POIS came about after going through stressful situations in college, and I was addicted to "P"

I feel that my POIS is weaker when I "M" more softly (I'm not sure, POIS is something new for me) I am 19 years old and my POIS appeared in 2021

does anyone have a similar report? or a clue as to what caused my POIS?
