Boswellia reduces POIS symptoms

Boswellia serrata reduces POIS symptoms considerably for me. I take two tablets two times a day with meals of Source Naturals boswellia extract which contain 375 mg boswellia extract each. It doesn't cure it, it just reduces the symptoms while taking it.

Maybe it can help others.

Thanks. What lead you to try it? Is there an idea as to why it works?

WITHOUT RESEARCH THERE WILL BE NO CURE!
Sessions 5 to 9 days, mostly Flu-like, joints, digestion problems, light cognitive.
Niacin has changed my lif though, now 1 day MAX.
Somewhere in this interaction with Niacin is the answer!

Happy if this supplement helps your Pois.
Boswellia serrata has anti-inflammatory proprieties.

Anyway I already try harpagophytum without any effects. So, I don't want to try this one.

Hi Daveman. I believe allergy and inflammation are involved in POIS, boswellia is immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory.

Have you made pr1ck-test or only try to put semen on forearm to see a reaction ?
Vandermolen posted a very impressive picture of this forearm, only with contact of semen.

I've had a skin prick test done by a dermatologist and it showed a positive reaction to my own semen.

Deloun I love you. Cause of you I have tested again and again semen on my skin and I have a lot of red spot on my forearm ! Even if the photo is much less impressive,I will post it.
