Based on what I read apparently supposedly when one is 18 years old their refractory period is 15 minutes long. What I have noticed is that the more orgasms I have had closer next to each other the less sexual pleasure I feel after each one both mentally and physically and it takes a lot more stimulation to orgasm again. There is the natural prolactin release which probably could be why but I still have not understood to this day what the sexual pleasure inhibition pattern is like after orgasming, is it this way for everybody or POIS could make the pleasure loss after orgasming and the refractory period length a lot more exaggerated? If I orgasm it takes like 4-5 days for me to start feeling the natural horniness again, that type of inner unrest sort of build up feeling one gets when they have not orgasmed for a while and if I was to try to achieve many orgasms in a hour I would need a lot more and longer stimulation after each one to achieve that however if I do it once and then do something else for 24 hours the orgasm induction would feel a lot more natural and would not require increased stimulation.
I remember when I was a teenager I had that natural inner type horniness each day even if I had orgasmed yesterday however some time around when I was 16 years old I noticed the ability for that natural horniness to build up increased in the amount of time it took from like a day to like 3-5 days so I wonder if that could be related to the POIS perhaps the POIS decreases the metabolic activity of sex hormones and some of the chemicals released by POIS also are libido and sexual pleasure surpressing making for some POISers their pleasure regain after the last orgasm take a longer time than for other people on the average?
