POIS when you're horny

Hey, I'm a 18 boy and I have POIS. I was wondering if your cognitive symptoms also get worse when you are horny.

I mean, when you are distracted, cognitive symptoms and headache just relax, but when you're focus on something or also see porn or think about having sex (get horny), your head hurts more and more and you get more brain fog.

Yes, I get some pain in the base of the neck and a little bit of brain fog. The symptoms go away after I stay away from what ever triggered it.
