Adenoid removal

Who had an operation on the adenoids? In my case I have a lot of nose problems in and out of POIS. I also have sleeping problems and a dry mouth. Maybe that’s because while sleeping I am breathing trough my mouth. I also have inflamed tear ducts. A few years ago my tonsils were removed. That helped me a lot.

POIS since 2000. Very bad since 2008. I knew that I have POIS since June 2010. Desensitization since March 2011. I stopped with desens in July 2016. I have 50% less POIS. And only 1 day of POIS. Purified CBD works for me, but I am allergic for CBD.

If i would not have a nose problem my POIS would be less worse:
Less sleeping problems
Less anxiety
Less dry skin and acne
Less brain fog
Less allergy
Less throath problems
Less eye problems
