Yeah. Same for me. When I tried individual supplement alone, most of them did not work at all. (I can't tell the difference between 0% and 10%). Celebrex worked maybe 20-25%.

As opposed to adding one ingredient at at time, I took the entirety of Quantum's prepack + Celebrex, and experimented with *removing* one ingredient at a time, and see what ingredient is not necessary for me. That's how I arrived at what I have today.
