Neuropathic pain treatment

Have multiple neuropathies

Vagus. Trigeminal and glossopharyngeal neuralgia
What do u all taking for it

Appreciate your suggestion

Right now i take
Baclofen and clonidine giving much of relief

There are no sure remedies today. Some of us are experimenting with a vagal dystonia theory of POIS:

I developed widespread burning pain after 2 months of POIS starting. Rheumatologist think its neuropathy. Can you connect your pois to neuropathy?
