Thanks for the reply. I just want to ask them whatever they have look into the fact that why some people POIS only occur after masturbate but not sex? Also why do they think that masturbate cause facial change in some people with POIS(sagging face, sunken face). I am from a Asian country, we have a very big nofap community online, one of the thing that people constantly talking about is facial change after masturbate(it could take months to years to recover fully). I have a lot of before and after pictures as well from people that made recovery.
