I believe it would be zero success rate.
POIS Free, 2+ yrs (occasional/predictive lapses)
Pois symptoms: Peripheral (Skin: Urticaria, dryness, pale blotchy skin), Exasperation of: [Nerve weakness, Muscle weakness + Mental (CNS: Brain Fog, Irritation, Isolation, Speech lethargy, Anxiety)].
Other conditions: ASD, ADD, GA

10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

POIS-free 100% success has been consistent for him for 10 years.

 All 3 surgeries for me worked to End my POIS. Still to today. I can and do have sex 1-2x per week now, without missing a beat, and continue my work, social, life. [emphasis mine - Demo]

No one is encouraging any more castration examples. It’s  a very extreme example of one man’s chosen POIS self-treatment. And it was successful.

But I’m hoping that we (and the researchers) can learn from it!

You’re right about the fact that it is only one case, so great care must be taken in projecting any possibilities to the multitudes of sufferers.
