Any tips on preventing NEs?
« on: March 25, 2019, 06:05:40 AM »
Okay so whenever I am about to have an NE at night I can almost predict it so I always try sleeping on my side that night (and on other nights usually) so I wouldnt induce any friction/pressure on my penis to cause arousal.

But yesterday I literally couldnt fall asleep in that position and in the end fell asleep on my stomach and had a sex dream and NE...

Any tips on how to prevent it?

Try sertraline at low dose (25 mg)
My POIS only happens with masturbation. Normal sex does not generate POIS symptoms. When I have no back pain and I masturbate the POIS symptoms are weaker and last for at most 2 days. My POIS is related to the health of my thoracic and cervical spine. Postural and Aerobic Exercise heal the vagus.

Sleep on your back not your side. Stop watching porn, before you go to sleep repeat to yourself "I will not have a wet dream" 20 times it works and subconsciously you will stop yourself from having one. Also try and not be stressed when you are going to sleep maybe meditate a bit.

Here is a previous thread on tips to avoid NE:
