Inflammation antioxydants and dopamine
« on: January 13, 2019, 07:47:57 AM »
I'm always convinced that dopamine plays a key role in my Pois symptoms because it's the most easy way to explain some symptoms like :
brain fog, poor concentration, muscular weakness...

It seems that sport made before or just after orgasm reduce intensity and lenght of symptoms. At least for a part of pois sufferers. It's not illogical to think sport increases dopamine explaining this improvment.

Now, we have lot of Poisers trying to follow a specific diet to improve rheir symptoms. It's not possible to make the complete list of what seems to help or not.

But my idea is simply that antioxydants globally improve Pois symptoms by avoiding dopamine oxydation.

b_jim, you have been consistent about dopamine since 2007!
10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business
