I recently did not go for a piss after shooting and I had a terrible POIS cycle (still feeling it). I got in the habit of drinking lots of water before sex then going for a piss straight after sex. I didn't follow this last time though. I will to sleep for 6 hours with it lying there in my tubes.
Given my recent experience I would recommend you try drinking water before sex. It's easy and safe! My guess would be that this washes the antigen out. Please note I am not a trained medical practitioner!
I can't help but think it would interesting to if they could redirect the semen into the bladder with some kind of tube. There have been many cases of retrograde ejaculation having minimal POIS symptoms. Perhaps it is the ammonia in the urine that breaks does an antigen protein. If that could work then it would be a case of not going for piss after sex until its given good time to break down the antigen! :-) Who knows!
