Is it POIS
« on: May 17, 2016, 03:04:21 PM »
Hi,

I'm thinking all the time weather i have POIS or not. What is fact is that very often after I had sex with my girlfriend my eyes start burning and I'm really exhausted. Actually ist feels like a strong allergy. I have problems with fatigue the last two years in general. Doctors think Depression or ADHD or or or... So I don't know if sex effects my fatigue. Because im exhausted all the time. But for sure I can connect my burning eyes to having sex before. It always starts 20 - 30 min afterwards.

But it never happens after masturbation.

So can this be POIS?

Thanks a lot for your answers!

Hi, Tobi#75, welcome to the forum.
10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business

Hmm. this does not fit the POIS condition in my understanding. Sounds like perhaps your partner is setting you off. Do you feel same when wearing a condom? Anyhow, I think you could get tested for allergery to her fluids, well I know that women can be allergic to mens semen. Hope that helps.

I totally agree with FB, Tobi.

Does taking anti-allergy pills  ( that are known to be safe for you)  before having sex with your girlfriend brings you any relief ?

Personally, I think this fits POIS with Daveman's latest posting/thought of an "expanded" version of POIS.
