Hi JingleJangle, and welcome on this forum,
The site you are referring to has been put up by individuals who have been posting on the forum and reading members posts here, a few years back, that is why the information about POIS symptoms and ingredients seems in line with what can be read on the forum. However, as you have noticed, this site shows many signs of being a scam site, which I truly believe it is. Those people are not present anymore on poiscenter.com, and this site is not linked in any way to the founders of poiscenter.com. I would not recommend anybody to try their products.
Anyway, I do not believe in any multi-ingredients formula for POIS. As I have often written in my posts here, no single supplement known at this time will work for all POIS sufferers, and even some specific supplement will help a certain number of POISers, but others will get worse when taking it. So, any multi-ingredient POIS "formula" is a complete non-sense to me, at least considering what is known of POIS at this time.
As I have done for myself, and suggest others to do, I clearly think that the best is to slowly develop your own combination of what works for you, accurately dosing each ingredients by using separate capsules or tablets preparations for each. I have develop my own, personal formula over years of trials and errors ( I have shared the results here:

My advice is to start by finding one supplement that helps you a bit. Than, keep this one at the same low dosage, and try to find another one that adds the the relief, and so on. Use only safe substances, and stay in safe dose range, and never add more than one new supplement at a time. With time, you will decrease severity and duration of your POIS acute phase, in particular if you add other new healthy habits like a healthier diet, exercise, yoga, and the like.
