Guys pls help me I am feeling too much weak what should I do its been 10 days of my O , pls guide me for energy I have stop now , I will not do O any more not even small sex thing , I have stop complete porn watching so guys I want a second chance pls guide me ,

One more thing why I am urinating and sweating a lot , have blur vision , is this diabetes , pls guide me , took meds for diabetics for high blood sugar for 10 days but did not help me …. So I have stop and I feel the same or bit better , but my blood sugar comes at random is 250 + , but when I left meds of diabetics I stop measuring it …..

once i was tread mill after that my blood sugar came 127 !!

We must try to avoid doing random self treatment without some medical guidance.

Maybe the doctors don't know about POIS, but it's probably best that you go to a doctor and get yourself generally stabalised. They can do their best to stabalise you and once that is done, you can begin to concentrate on treating POIS.

It is much safer that we go to doctors, even if they don't completely treat our POIS, than to try potentially random and dangerous self-treatments.

Are you feeling better now, hopefully you went back to your doctor, you symptoms are strange for pois.

You don't describe thirst, but when you're peeing a lot I assume you are thirsty as well and drink a lot??

One of my main POIS symptoms has been mayor thirst and lots of peeing as well.
I checked for diabetes but it wasn't that. I know this drove me very very crazy as well. Constant dehydration.
You know when you drink a lot and pee a lot you disturb your electrolyte balance in your blood, you lose too much salt so this will make you feel worse.
In my case drinking salt water resolved this. Also taking antihistamines now prevents this for a great deal. Increased thirst is also an allergy sign and described in Waldinger's first paper.

I've started drinking some salt water as well occasionally and I think it helps a bit, but I'm not sure. I think it helps more to recover from a work out when I'm sweating a lot.

Sameer, you need to concentrate on diet first.  Level yourself out by eating correctly and regularly.  Fenugreek (methi) I've found helps A LOT and I've started to buy frozen Indian meals that taste authentic and have it in it.

Don't look at anything remotely exciting.  If seeing a woman excites you in even the least, turn away.  Keep yourself away from temptation at all costs.  I know it's hard.  These hot girls and their short shorts are going to kill me.  Too hot.

samir i am taking powder methi with water i made is by crushing the methi seeds ( feenugreek ) , lets see now , samir , its really hard not to get excited , but i will take control of that ..............thanks a million samir and all u guys are the only hope i have

I'd take more than just the seed alone.  We need to food to give us energy so the different additives we're taking can do their trick.

And I know what you mean about really hard not to get excited.  A girl in the right t-shirts and jeans is just smoking hot, and that's without the booty shorts and other such clothes!  I can maybe see why the east keeps them more covered up than in the west.
