Hi, just to let you know about this:

Thanks for posting this HI.

I read this and it seems excellent. For a POISer and someone in our condition is sound really about bringing some wellbeing.

I think that there is an AOL group in many bigger cities. Before you join, I suggest you do your own research on the positives and potential drawbacks of any group. I joined a similar group local group (different name), when in worst of POIS, but having been there for some time, started to realise the level of control and hierarchy in the group and some additonal aims they had, as they built trust. I promptly exited stage left.

Not saying this group is similar, just worth looking into it.
