How POIS is changing our bodies? Do you think you would be more atractive without POIS?

if didnt have pois fatigue and lack of interest i definately will be in better bodyshape.
i have lost 20lbs while in pois so pois dosnt make it harder to lose weight, it is just finding the energy and will to exercise and focus on loosing weight.

I put normal. I might be a little over, but I've been about the same since before POIS.
WITHOUT RESEARCH THERE WILL BE NO CURE!
Sessions 5 to 9 days, mostly Flu-like, joints, digestion problems, light cognitive.
Niacin has changed my lif though, now 1 day MAX.
Somewhere in this interaction with Niacin is the answer!

I should be around 145lbs, but I know I'm over that right now. :(

I've always thought that my low body weight / low body fat, has something to do with my POIS. My BMI is 18.8 atm, used to be a bit lower. I used to look almost like anorectic as teenager. Had some severe eating disorders since my early teenages to adulthood.
