Can anyone relate to these symptoms?

I've noticed that along with your typical POIS symptoms after ejaculation, I also experience symptoms before climax.  It seems as if I can be incredibly horny, but as soon as my penis releases pre-cum, I experience loss of libido and a few other symptoms including:

Dry, itchy eyes
Extreme warmth
Some nausea
Fatigue
Erectile dysfunction and loss of penile pleasure

I have also been noticing that my eyes are red and itchy the day after orgasm.

Yes, I think I notice that too. For me, just fatigue/brain fog, and after climax it kicks in full force. BTW, I noticed that in general, the hornier I am, the less symptoms I experience, until orgasm of course.
