When POIS started , the first symptoms i got ........

One think i am 100% sure , the pois started for me in after NE when i was 18 i think .....the NE was happened after the noticable ejaculation after masterbation .... The force of ejaculation was very strong and different .........the 1st noticable symptoms was i couldnt wear my sun glasses while driving or walking , it gives me like i will fall down or do vomit ...... Any  of you share your first symptoms....

Well technically, I think my POIS started way back when I was 13 and first started masturbating! I just developed an instinctual feeling that if I would abstain from masturbating, I would be mentally sharper, and generally on better form. But it was very mild, and didn't interfere with my life at all.

The symptoms only got debilitating once the testicular atrophy started... basically, the same stuff I knew happened when I was 13, just amplified to a huge degree. Then depression, lack of motivation, and memory loss came in later.

Affected since Sept 2008. Very gradual onset of symptoms: Testicular atrophy, low libido, brain fog, lethargy, depression, digestion issues. Worsening of all symptoms the 3-4 days post orgasm.
