Hi Poisbs,
That is bad timing by the sound of things.
You need something to deal with your symptoms and also to alleviate the stress like it sounds like you are under.
Unfortunately everyone is a lot different in what works for them and what doesn't seem to have an impact.
Physiologically;
A few things to try are some form of physical activity, at an appropriate level to get some energy going in your favour. You aren't in a position with exams to allow this to beat you. Would anything like cycling, getting out in nature for a walk help to energise or centre you a bit more. What about getting a neck, back and shoulders massage to alleviate stress.
Mental and emotional.
What about using deep breathing to reverse that stress response and help you sleep. I posted some resources on this about a month ago.
http://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=942.msg10679#msg10679 You probably know some ideas on this a few weeks back, but there are so many ways to reverse a little bit the impact of stress. They key is in the regular practice, which works best of also combined with the physical exercise. Also, there is a reason why sports most successful people use positive mental approaches and visualisations to perform at their best. When you are depressed, it is hard to practice these techniques, but yet it is the time you need to practice them.
Without finding something to deal with the way you are thinking this as all negative, there's a greater chance that you will feel bad, and under perform at your exams.
Might be worth your while also taking a small amount of some of the POIS recommended herbal remedies in small doses, link Zinc and fenugreek Etc.
Have a look around the site as you are new.
You aren't alone here. Sorry this is a slightly rushed reply from my phone email. I hope others can offer their support for you also.
Be gentle with yourself man.
