Sameer, all these could be related to POIS..Try walking a lot or even jogging if you can..Go breathe fresh air and keep a healthy diet and also drink a lot of water unless it makes you want to go to the toilet..These will help your blood to flow better,fight the anxiety and also clear your brain fog a little bit..Try these , this is what i do in order to survive with POIS..It will surely make you feel better,trust me.
