Hey guys. I have just discovered Niacin, and it makes me feel much better after orgasm. As some, maybe all of you know, going around with pois for many years causes permanent damage, such as brain fog, tired eyes and so on all the time.
So could you guys please help me and suggest vitamins and supplements or whatever which helps against tired eyes, brain fog, yeah anything you can come up with, would be much appreciated!
As far as niacin goes, I'm using it for somewhere around 16 months now. A life saver for me. I can't imagine having sex without it.
It is very precarious to use, in the sense that "the rules" are very specific. If you don't take it on an empty stomach and wait for the flush, and wait for the flush to pass, it doesn't work as wel, if at all.
Sometimes, you want to take the lady out (even if it's the wife
) and dine her, have a glass or two of wine..... THEN you have to wait at least 4 hrs AND IF you flush, hang around with a beet red face for an hour while the flush passes. She has gone to sleep by then!!
But seriously. Sometimes niacin works better than others. It's hard to pinpoint what makes the difference. But what I've found, is that if you wait like 4 hours after eating, you have to take maybe 400 mg to flush, and the flush is probably light, but that seems to work better than waiting 6 or 8 hours after eating so that you only need 100mgs, and even then getting a raging flush. I find that I am less protected when I take less, even if the flush is greater.
I heard that niacinamide is what the body produces when you take pure niacin. So wonder if it's the niacinamide in your system that protects you. Several have reported success with niacinamide. And it doesn't produce the flush, nor do you have to worry about fasting......
That said, I tried it at least once. (You have to take 1000 to 1500 mg I am told) I took 1000mg, 500 three hours ahead, and 500 one hour ahead, plus 100mg niacin 30 min ahead. I was protected, but about the same as if I had only taken the niacin.
There have been some who have found that strong B Complex combined with methylizing components (see some of Kurtosis' posts) has worked better than niacin, or has worked for some for which niacin doesn't work. In my case, B Complex made my sessions worse, so "go figure".
Well, some ramblings on the topic!
