This paper connects POIS with antihistamines, but it just says the POIS symptoms occur from masturbation or intercourse, but it does not mention will wet dream trigger the POIS symptoms, and the time between the symptoms begin and ejaculation. These two questions is very important, because if it is the allergy, the patient should have symptoms after a wet dream, considering wet dream is the same with masturbation as far as I know for urology systems.
So I sent an email to the first author of that paper two days ago, but he hasn't reply me yet, so I google the other authors and I have the following information.
