Breathing workouts

Hi all,

It has been a while since I?ve posted. The Russian glans pumping has given me pretty sufficient relief, with some minor stomach issues and probably some others as well.

I?ve recently started working out with a breath trainer and I?ve been focusing on breathing through the O. I?ve found relief with that even without the glans pumping. I did have a little bit of shoulder pain,
and once I didn?t do great with the breathing and I feel some shakiness in my chest when my heart-beats.

But I don?t have the crushing depression that I?d experienced before this. The breathing has been relatively new for me. But niacin also helped, so I?m guessing that this is a heavy circulation issue. And that perhaps a disturbance in breathing while O caused it.

Interesting... When I tried the Wim Hof breathing immediately before O and immediate after it, I did feel better than usual after O and the next day POIS symptoms were definitely better. I do have breathing issues (nose often blocked) and my breath is not consistent and as deep as most people. There may be something connected for sure, and I will continue to consciously breathe before, during and after O, to see how it affects cognitive symptoms.

An update, my shoulder is burning! So one more POIS symptom.
