Hi everybody,
I was wondering if anyone has mild interior pelvic tilt & pexus excavatum? I have a mild version of both.

I had extreme anterior pelvic tilt and I'm sure most people with POIS will all have it

this is what I've been using to fix it.
When doing the assisted quad PNF stretch in this video which stretches the inner hip flexor muscles around the groin area, I feel so much better in my head like actually clears brain fog. This area is extremely tight for meand I'm sure this is improving blood flow or something. No other stretch makes me feel like this.
