  • All of us working together to defeat POIS!
I almost always *sneeze* immediately upon POIS onset.
10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business

Yes, though I think it only indicates that we have autoimmune issues?.  But yes, so much so that I'd rather take a death pill :) than to go back to my first 18 some years where because of clogged nose/sinuses, I had to breath through mouth and had to sleep upright.   In adulthood I still have problem (not that scary severe), but now I can manage it.

Intresting, if i eat enithing antioksidative, like cofee and
ginger, or even something sugary
(insulin conection?), that open my dry stiffed nose for couple of hours, and
light exercsize do the same(body oxigenation?).
After my nose is opened i feel great for that period of time.

Is it posible that something slightly disturb our pituitary gland.

As a lot of poisers hawe low testosterone and elevated prolactin
there must be something wrong that distrbing normal function of pituitary.
I found something intresting-
slightly pressing on gland-

Guys, I made a major breakthrough. It all happened be sheer coincidence while I was researching the use of Adaptogens as a possible way to alleviate many of my POIS symptoms.  Turns out that I had low stomach acid.  I have been suffering for 5 years now and the solution was so bloody simple.  I still can't believe it.  On 3 May I tried introducing Apple Cider Vinegar and some coconut oil to my diet.  I felt like death for 2 days, almost got a relative to drive me to the ER but I persisted.  What was happening is a major die off of either Candida or some other harmful bacteria in my GI tract and with this most of their endotoxins got released into my blood.  Once this cleared up my brain fog lifted, I no longer had any PE or POIS symptoms!  Usually I would ejaculate around the <2min mark but now I consistently achieve above 7 mins like I used to.

I too suffered from Chronic sinusitis, used corticosteroids daily and Illiadin every now and then.  My nose hasn't felt this clear in years.  I simply can't believe all the massive benefits.  Not saying ACV will work for all of you but its worth a shot.  If you feel crap while drinking it, you most like have an overrun of pathogens harming most systems in your body.

Have a read here https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/322491.php

Ancient civilizations always kept their foodstuffs pickled and the typical Western diet these days is void of a lot of enzyme rich foods, it just makes sense to me.

Well... it seams that all roads in pois leads to guts.
That make sense, LOW STOMACH ACID,(due to lowered stomach acid, parasites and bacteria... going further in gut) enithing acidic and
antioxidative antiinflamatory, opened my stuffed nosue.

But unfortinutly, i did tested aple cider , probiotics, coconot oil...
Nothing helped...
Becarfull with aple cider v..!!!
I will tested again.

Although they are natural things.... I think the advice or supervision of a doctor is always advisable. In this case a gastroenterologist I would recommend it. Even if he doesn't know anything about POIS. There are tests for bacterial overgrowth, you can always do microbiological studies in stool... It is not good to do tests without medical supervision.

And also... Is possible that what a Poiser helps ... in another can do nothing at all or even get even worse .....

POIS doesn't work exactly the same for all of us.

Hi b_jim!.... Do you think it's due to POIS?

Or is something apart?

I think it's something apart but who know ?

Now what I learned in 2019 :

I have eaten tons of cereals and now I know I can't digest them. I change my break fast milk/oat meals by almonds + fruits and I feel much better.
Cereals are full of GLUE and this glue kill me.
I couldn't even wear pants with belt because I have abdominal pain .

The only way ti suppress the glue is to sprout the cereals.

Thank you for that information.

You are right. I also have digestive problems. As many other poisers. I developed some antibodies against gluten...so I am now with free gluten diet.

I also read in another thread about a diet called FODMAP. But this diet has to be controled by a nutritionist or gastroenterologist because otherwise you could risk of nutritional deficiencies...

Rice is not the worst for me. But what about asians ?
Oatmeal is one of the worst, dispite all its good effects (low glycemic index, effect on testosterone  ...)
