for those who suffer from rhinitis or sinusitis when in pois ,, It is because a phenomenon called vasomotor rhinistis it is not a true sinus or nasal allergy  or inflammation although it mimics inflammation.  this phenomenon "vasomotor rhinitis" is caused by hyper parasympathetic activity

Good point, more people must become aware of this phenomena. It's very tricky and hard to distinguish from allergic or non-IgE mediated mast cell activation (MCA).
