Destroyed libido

I am on antidepressant paroxetine from many months and in these days I am experiencing a very low libido, I think this is a good thing for avoiding POIS but sometimes I have the sensation of having two problems now instead of one, it depends of the point of view.

Do you think this can be a resolution for POIS or it is only a bypass?

Lower libido is a known side effect of SSRI antidepressants, including Paxil.  It is usually reversible after the drug is slowly tapered, when the treatment ends.

Well, it all depends on how you see this, and what you prefer.  There is no cure for POIS right now, so anything we do to relieve our symptoms is, like you say, a "by-pass".   But it is great to have a by-pass solution, and not to be totally vulnerable to POIS and its direct and severe consequences on many aspects of our life.  I wish I had developed my pre-pack sooner in my life, I would have had a far easier life.

See if taking Paxil is better, overall, for your quality of life, or not.   If the advantages are more important than the side effects, it can be considered a valuable treatment. Discuss this with your physician, and see what is better for you.
