antihistamines and depression

I use Xyzal (levocetirizine) for more than 7 years now. Daily! It helps me against dust allergy and pollen allergy. But now I read the side effects for the first time in years. The side effects are:
* Depression
* Dry mouth
* Sore troath

And many more side effects. Now I am going to try to use 1 pill in 2 days. And then maybe only 1 in 3 days. And at last only when I have an allergy attack.
I hope that I will feel less down. And my troath maybe will improve.

Maybe one of you use antihistamines. Read the leaflet very good. Maybe antihistamines is one of the reasons you got some POIS related symtoms like depression.
