Pre-ejaculate
« on: December 02, 2017, 12:57:44 PM »
I was wondering who else gets POIS symptoms by its own Pre-ejaculate? I'm talking about this:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pre-ejaculate

I rarely see anyone mentioning this on the forum. For example: I will get joint pain, fatigue, body feels inflamed (major symptom in POIS I don't know how to describe this effect other than saying inflamed at the moment), Cognitive dysfunction, nerve irritation at inside of arms , stinging pain in liver, yellowing of facial skin and bascially can trigger most of the same symptoms I get from ejaculation.

The duration and intensity of symptoms triggered by my own pre-ejaculate depends on the duration and frequency of arousal and especially the amount of pre-ejaculate, the dynamics however are different compared to ejaculation. There is another thing here, when I don't ejaculate and have multiple moments of Pre-ejaculate exposures on one day I will get a burning sensation/pain along my penile urethra and a burning sensation at my anus. This will trigger an urge to go to the bathroom for taking a piss or dump while I don't have to. If exposure of pre-ejaculate is long in the time domain then I can get an additional effect like feeling tissue in my Genitourinary system being affected.

This burning sensation/pain could also be triggered by ejaculation but this is rare. The condition for this is to a have a very dry and sticky ejaculate. If this happens it's better for me the urinate as quick as possible after ejaculation. I was planning to put this info in my case thread but I think it deserves a thread on its own. Orgasm, ejaculation and pre-ejaculate might be three different entities triggering the same thing or vice versa. Since the share of sperm in the cowper's fluid (pre-ejaculate) is negligible I suspect my POIS is being triggered by some element within the cowper's fluid.

I get them, I watch porn and masturbate for a few minutes without ejaculating, I get minor fatigue and brain fogging, but only minor ones, and they last for couple of hours, so It's not really serious as POIS symptoms.

I believe that indicates to the fact that my pois is triggered by an auto-immune reaction not because I'm allergic to my own semen, otherwise why would I get minor POIS symptoms even without full ejaculation?

@ Meshal:

1) How much pre-ejaculate do you produce? The amount as in the wiki picture like dripping, does your glans get a bit wet or is it completely dry?

2) Do these minor symptoms build up in intensity over time after you quit masturbating and quit watching porn?

3) Do these minor symptoms get worse the longer you masturbate without ejaculation?

3) About ejaculation related symptoms: Do these symptoms build up in intensity after ejaculation?

hurray

Yes, it will give me a mini-POIS episode lasting around 1 day.
