Does anyone else have mucus membrane/surface tissue problems

I'm really fed up with this shit. Contact reactions happen between food and surface lining tissue of my mouth, throat, stomach, gut. POIS can trigger reactions in this tissue without the need for food (it literally feels like activity and sometimes it turns into pain). Not a single doctor that will take the effort to take a look at it. So I'm I the only one with this or are there more POIS victims with similar problems?
