Chronic allergic rhinitis

For the past 4 years I have been suffering from chronic allergic rhinitis since i started masturbating once a week and started having wetdreams quite frequently..i have to take otrivin nasal sparay for blocked nose every night before sleeping..and every alternate day 5mg cetrizine ..I have negative thoughts..depression.. concentration problems and hay fever symptoms..i guess my histamine shoots up after ejaculating and at of 25 age i have very less facial hair..i guess my histamine is naturally high.I have been to ENT and he told i have allergic rhinitis..any suggestions to completely cure allergic rhinitis..I am afraid my sex life is destroyed..I haven't ejaculated for 3 weeks now. Sometime  I have GERD..so I have to take pentaprazole...or raberprazole

For your rhinitis, you can consult a physician, it is a well-known condition, and you will not have the problem of explaining a rare and unknown condition like POIS.   If I were you, I would seek a better treatment than daily Otrivin nasal spray, that is usually not recommended for more than a few days ( ask your pharmacist or doctor about this)


Some members have reported good relief when taking 50 of dyphenidramine  ( Benadryl) some time before or just after ejaculation, in addition to taking another antihistamine every day, like cetirizine.   See the "antihistamine type" for more details, in my POIS Types Chart at http://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=2338.msg19448#msg19448
