sperm or other part of semen causing allergy
« on: April 10, 2011, 09:04:43 PM »
Right now demograpfx is starting contraceptive plan to prevent production of sperm to see what is causing reaction, sperm or semen.
For those that can fiind doctor to prescribe contraceptive. If a clinic can separate sperm from semen, we can use that sperm to do intradermal test.

i brought up separating sperm from semen by using a centrifuge a couple of days ago, without knowing it is possible.
it is actually possible,- this can be another way to test whether it is semen or sperm causing allergic reaction.

The people that do this kind of separation are fertility clinic, i wonder if one can separated semen from sperm freeze it and go get the test done.

i wonder how accurate the process is.

If it is an allergy- it would be the protein component of semen that causes the allergy. And that is produced by the prostate. Semen allergy has existed for a while. And it has been identified to be the protein component. It still could be a good test to separate them. But I'm not convinced at all that it's an allergic reaction. And I don't think desensitization will work.

you said when your sperm production was stooped your symptoms reduced, may be it is allergy to sperm that makes symptoms worse, since sperm is bigger than the components of semen.
what do you say about demografx burning fingers and emib's itching. I think we all react differently and withing each of our stories we can piece together a good amount of the symptoms of semen allergy.

my only problem with immunesystem theory, the most powerful immune-suppressant didnt work.

My doctor is so slow , but i will have a complete Immune System blood sample analysis soon. I will try to get an O the day before to underline the best reaction.
Did someone try it before to see the contrast between POIS and POIS free?   :)

Details I don't remember, but there was one test where it was thought that it is quite important that the test be taken at more precise times. There are IgE tables in Dr. Waldinger's papers I think.

It seems that IgE for instance peaks just for a short period with the type I reaction, and the T-cells increase at a later time.

So perhaps with a little study, maybe the Waldinger papers and other information related to type I and type IV reactions the best would be to take several test at different times.

One should take a base test, when everything is normal, and then another one ( or several ) at expected key times. It's important that we know what we're doing when we take the tests...... the doctors don't. It's also important that we know how to evaluate the information ofterwards, again, the doctors don't.

If we're not sure what to expect, or what and when we are looking for something, it'll not be too likely we'll know that the tests mean.

Maybe with some of your "friendly knowledgable contacts" Habibou, you can get an idea of the best times, and then go to the doctor with a guidline. "I want this, this and this, and I want it at this time, and at this time etc." We're the boss! :) we're paying the money.

WITHOUT RESEARCH THERE WILL BE NO CURE!
Sessions 5 to 9 days, mostly Flu-like, joints, digestion problems, light cognitive.
Niacin has changed my lif though, now 1 day MAX.
Somewhere in this interaction with Niacin is the answer!
