When I was on holiday in Morocco I got sick but I wanted to still do a tour. So the local guide suggested to take Rhumix. It contains pseudoephedrine and cafeine. So I felt better and had more energy. Maybe it will work in POIS? I did not try it yet for POIS. But be carefull when you have a heart issue. Also it contains Ibuprofen. So maybe you also should take a stomach protector like omeprazole.

POIS since 2000. Very bad since 2008. I knew that I have POIS since June 2010. Desensitization since March 2011. I stopped with desens in July 2016. I have 50% less POIS. And only 1 day of POIS. Purified CBD works for me, but I am allergic for CBD.

Pseudoephedrine works on beta 2 receptors. It may block allergic reaction if you take it before orgasm. Many users here find claritin-d, zyrtec-d , allegra-d , sudafed blocking their pois. D in these medications indicates pseudoephedrine.

Please give us update in case you decide to take it before orgasm.
