what do you think if a man get POIS after just a glace at pron image?

I will get the same serious POIS symptoms like masturbation after a glace at porn image, even it is so quick that I have not enough time to erect, but just a glace at it will bring six-days POIS for me like masturbation or intercourse. I will get POIS from anything related with PORNS instead of orgasm, orgasm is not the trigger. So what do you guys think of me. Is anyone else at this forum like me?

I have the same problem. A normal glance or thought triggers POIS and I have been suffering it since 2004. It's been 18 years and it very difficult to pass each day of life. I have contemplated suicide so many times. I don't know what to do. My body is so weak that I can't even jog for 30 seconds only. And there is constant headache, stomach cramps. I don't know what's the cure.
