Insomnia any advice ????

What should I do or take in insomnia pls guide me guys
What are you guys doing or taking any tip ????

AFTER SEX/MASTERBATION (FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS)
1)BACK NECK PAIN GOES TO DOWN SPINE
2)NERVES LIKE SQUEEZED OUT
3)MORNING FEET NERVES PAIN
4)NASAL INFLAMMATION
5)BRAIN FOG
6)DEPRESSION
7)HIGH SUGAR LEVELS (TRIED INSULIN FOR 1 YEAR MAKE ME MORE SICK

Trazadone. i took it a while. there are others antidepressants for insomnia like mirtazepine or miansec. for a few days you could take ambien.

My older brother (not the one with POIS) uses https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quetiapine for his insomnia. I shall ask which dose he uses, it's dominant for certain receptors depending on dose. "At very low doses, quetiapine acts primarily as a histamine receptor blocker (antihistamine) and a1-adrenergic blocker."

Edit: he uses 25 mg right before bed time.
