Has POIS existed before and how the stats changed over time?

I always have wondered about the time location number other aspects of POIS. There are older texts on "semen loss and masturbation side effects" that seem to be like POIS. I wonder when's earliest POIS appeared if it's a disorder due to many factors involved it'd mean it only appears once these factors meet up resulting in whatever abnormality that causes symptoms if these factors required for POIS to appear involve ones that weren't present in earlier times it'd mean POIS only started recently. Another question I have is if POIS appears at same rate all time e.g. there's always a specific % of people who get it or it might become more widespread with years due to some reasons? I find all these questions fascinating and wanna hear if you know any info on that or someone who got POIS way earlier for example at the middle of 20st century or some other earlier reports about bad post-orgasm symptoms whether personally made by someone or writen in some literature.
