Why once Escitalopram helped me that I am out of pois 100% but

About a year back doctor gave me Escitalopram and resperidone it helped me like magic that I cured by pois it stays like that but I forget that if I have sex or masterbated what will happen so I had sex and the effect of these medicine goes away.
Above all I tried these medicine many times again but it's not helping at all anyone have any idea what was this episode.

7)HIGH SUGAR LEVELS (TRIED INSULIN FOR 1 YEAR MAKE ME MORE SICK

SSRIs stop working eventually, it's called "poop out". Then you can get withdrawal symptoms when you stop taking them.

Personally, I will never take them again as they made me feel worse in the long term.
