Hey.
I'm suspecting that the cause of my POIS is simply the blood. Maybe It gets too slow after ejaculation or some parts of the body has a clogged blood vessels.
Do you think If someone from the Internal medicine can monitor my overall blood status especially the vessels during ejaculation, maybe he can notice a difference? Or did someone tried it before?

Something cousing "vasoconstriction and muscule stifnes in us"
could be distrupted adrenalin , nitric oxide, cortizol inwolwed...

I agree and I like the idea of "slow blood". Clearly after ejaculation i feel cold, I feel the blood stream is low and it happens quickly after ejaculation and it's stronger during winter.
I always think it is a simple symptom but not the cause of all Pois system.
But maybe you are right and megadose of niacin causing flush might prove your opinion is the good one.

It's worth looking into.
Hypovolemia is one of the main features of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which has a lot of overlap with POIS in terms of symptoms.

See if anything there helps your symptoms. Improving your cardiovascular fitness over time also increases your blood volume.

Oral Rehydration Solution More Effective than Saline IV at Improving Orthostatic Intolerance
https://www.healthrising.org/blog/2020/09/15/saline-ors-oral-rehydration-pots-chronic-fatigue-syndrome/
"A recent study indicated that most people with ME/CFS, when they have POTS or orthostatic hypotension or not, have reduced blood flows to the brain."
"Many people try to increase their blood volume by adding salt to water. Drinking large amounts of salt water, however, can be dangerous ? and Medow reported that ?conventional oral hydration? techniques are not effective in improving orthostatic intolerance. Drinking a lot of salt water will cause the water to go into the tissues ? not the circulation. Then the sodium has to be excreted ? potentially causing declines in potassium."
"The ORS Medow used derived from the World Health Organization formula and contained glucose (dextrose) ? not sucrose. Plus it?s vital that the ingredients be combined in the specific portions specified by the WHO.
The glucose/salt combination creates an osmotic gradient consistent which produces ?nearly complete fluid and salt absorption via the intestinal Na+-glucose co-transport (GLUT2,symporter) carrier?"

Mardi's idea is POIS might be due to spasmophilia, maybe it's related
