sameer, it is really safer for all of us if we do not solicit or offer advice.

Let's just share our own experience, "this is how fenugreek works for me". Not, "sameer, this is what you should buy". We do not know anything about you - and we are not qualified, e.g., doctors - to be in a position to tell you what you should buy.

What I am not getting any help here doc tells me I am crazy always I don't care about doctors they think pois is nothing
