Adrenal Fatigue

Can the panel of experts give me some feedback on this hypothesis.

I am currently taking Blackmores 'Executive B Stress Formula' to combat my POIS & seems to be helping a great deal.
This formula contains vit B5 which is supposed to promote healthy adrenal function.
