Maybe its a BIO of several of us, with a forward by Dr Walz.

I know my "chapters" would be some gnitty gritty "million little pieces" type of stuff.

I think it's a good idea. I should write my story anyway, and not only for a book. When they're old enough, I want my kids to know what I had gone through because of this weird condition.

Ali, excellent idea.
10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business

I'll see if I can find a good WEB tool that would let us do this interactively but in more or less an orderly fashion.
It's not as simple as it sounds. But could be worth it if we can"get it together"

WITHOUT RESEARCH THERE WILL BE NO CURE!
Sessions 5 to 9 days, mostly Flu-like, joints, digestion problems, light cognitive.
Niacin has changed my lif though, now 1 day MAX.
Somewhere in this interaction with Niacin is the answer!
