A New POIS Patient...
« on: February 13, 2025, 12:17:49 PM »
Hi, everyone

I'm a high school student who is suffering a great pain due to POIS. It's so nice to see here are thousands of people have the same symptom like me!

My symptoms (recorded from a year ago): Memory decline (unable to learn anything for the whole day the next day), inability to concentrate, significant decline in physical strength, abdominal pain to the point of diarrhea, self doubt leading to anxiety, anger, and despair (depression), insomnia, dark complexion with dark spots on the forehead, numerous acne on the back, tinnitus, blocked nose and poor breathing, foul breath, dull eyes, prostate pain, endocrine disorders, easy cramps in the thighs, split urine, unclean urine, acne on the pubic hair, red and white glans. There are still many symptoms that have not been listed.

I now have a better understanding of my situation. If you want to hear more, be sure to tell me!

Papika, welcome!
10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of weekly (52 weeks/year) testosterone self-injections.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business.
